Why equine assisted learning?

Working with horses can provide a profound and deep connection and understanding in ourselves. Through unmounted (non-riding) activities, one can groom or lead a horse.

Horses are social and emotional, yet strong animals. Learning how they communicate and are social with others, helps us as humans to communicate and be aware of how we are with others, by observing and interacting with horses.

There are various educational, therapuetic and fun activities that can be done with horses to increase one’s overall well-being. Horses can assist humans in gaining an appreciation of their true selves.
